RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy

  1. All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 02 days only if:
  • Exchange request is made within 2 days.
  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The received product(s) differed from the original order.
  • In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 02 days of the original order delivered date.
  • Customer Has to send the complaint email to info@shadidress.ca after that one of our representatives will contact customer within 24 hours.
  • Once we receive the request our team will review the request and our internal record, we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.
  1. In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
  2. Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.
  3. Order amount will not be refunded back instead a coupon of same value will be provided that can be used to purchase from Shadi Dress within next 20 days.

Ordering Cancellation

  1. Customers paying via Credit Card or Debit Card may cancel within 12 hours of placing the order. The full amound will be refunded.
  2. We do not store Credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Refund Policy

  1. Shadi Dress does not offer ‘Returns’ for any of products Unless the product is damaged, changed.
  2. Order amount will not be refunded back instead a coupon of same value will be provided that can be used to purchase from Shadi Dress within next 5 days.
